Thorough understanding of social media."

Peter Janecek, CEO @ BrandcomPR

It was only six weeks before the election. A successful result was not just uncertain, but rather unlikely. My brief was pragmatic: set a campaign in Ružinov (the district I was running for) with an overreach to the City of Bratislava, as low-cost as possible, using the synergy of a mutual campaign with the other democratic candidates. Romana set and created everything necessary for the campaign to become real and revised my naive notions. She kept the content ideas in line with my policy statements, proposed and created my brand identity (colors, a logotype, the entire graphic concept), and scaled the pre-election events. She altered my “creative” offline ideas to be transferable online. Romana established all the relevant communication channels, and co-administrated my social media platforms with me, using Facebook as the main communication hub. She created suitable content, managed all the “tech stuff” and background support, and was the 24/7 admin of virtually everything. Our mutual friend told me at the very beginning that “to put it frankly” I had no chance in such a limited time. He admitted maybe a 3% success rate, even if I listened to Romana’s ideas.  Eventually, I was elected a deputy of the second-largest Bratislava district – Ružinov, as well as a deputy of the City of Bratislava, gaining 4000+ valid votes.
UPDATE 2018: Lucia Štasselová was re-elected and served as a deputy mayor of the City of Bratislava.

"Romana has a rare gift to combine some elements that are not easy to find on the market: genuine Creativity with a taste for your customer and admirable pro-active Drive that won’t leave your project without a complex solution. Launching an online campaign for the American Letters magazine with Romana was an exciting adventure."

"Based on our cooperation on Lemonade Day event and publication of American Letters magazine, within the auspices of the Center for North American Studies, I came to know Romana as reliable, hard-working and pleasant to work with."

Peter Rusiňák, Executive Director @ CentER for North American Studies

"During the Slovak presidential elections in 2014, Miss Romana Olexova worked as a part of Radoslav Prochazka’s campaign team. Romana was responsible for developing creative content for our Social/Viral campaign (that was under my command). I had the chance to get to know her as a very result-oriented worker, capable to deliver in very tight deadlines, which added to our early-response ability and allowed us to prepare pre-emptive strikes well in advance of the anticipated news content. She was able to support our effort by precise analysis of actual developments, as well as the message of our candidate. There is a general opinion among Slovak pundits analyzing the 2014 Presidentials that our campaign was the most visible, dynamic, and influential. The results of our candidate in the Presidentials, who finished third (against most mainstream expectations), with an impressive percentage given his relatively young age, shows that our campaign was a success. Miss Olexova brought a great added value in this respect, for which I am forever thankful."
